It's one-hopper to fill, one-hopper to dump which makes for a quick turnaround on a 27-ton capacity. This trailer is equipped with power control either via remote or through a power box upfront, allowing you to conveniently open and close the top. The design of this trailer includes an aluminum solid covering on the top, with a 10-foot aluminum door which gives you a lot of loading space to fill. This trailer has a Jost aluminum landing gear with a 10 year extended warranty. The hopper's aluminum door is driven by a stainless steel rack, which is the same as our lower door except with a longer rack. We have a double drive, which means we run a shaft through so that the door will always open consistently at the same speed to reduce any binding or an uneven opening. All of the electrical and air connections are contained in a channel inside the rail of the trailer, so there's very little exposure to the elements as you're traveling down the road.
