Do pedals protect you from the law? Will your e-bike be subject to confiscation? In this video you will learn why you should register your electric bike vs not doing so. The laws are changing whether we like them or not. Therefore, choices have to be made. This video features two ebikes. One with pedals; The King Goat, and one without: The Spark Javelin. The King Goat is shipped as a Class 2 e-bike with a factory limited speed of 20mph while the Spark Javelin is shipped as a motor driven cycle that has 5 brake HP.
