Can Silent beat Slay the Spire with ONLY DEBUFFS?

This was one of the more difficult challenges I have attempted. Without the ability to defend, we would really have to think outside of the box for this one. Rules: Cards that Debuff Only. No Relic can deal damage outside of debuffs. Potions are fully allowed, including the cards they create. If you want to give it a go yourself, I would advise starting with allowing defends!
