Blackpool Pit December 2025

An update to all the goings on at the former Blackpool China Clay Pit, over the past few weeks there has been various earth works on both sides of the road, in connection with some additional wind turbines that are being errected and I think a new substation with grid connection presumably. Note that the water level in the former pit has dropped by around 10 foot over the last few months, not sure if they will be doing some lithium mining there as well.
