This is hands down the most insane place I’ve ever cooked food — deep in the jungle, right in the middle of wild river rapids. I took my gear, went fully off-grid, and made a full meal surrounded by nothing but raw nature and rushing water. No roads, no noise, no help — just me, the jungle, and a plate of food.
