Vanilla Cake Ingredients: • Margarine: 500 g • Sugar: 800 g • All-purpose flour: 750 g • Eggs (separate the whites from the yolks): 8 • Baking powder: 12 g • Lemon zest: 3 g • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp (15 ml) (9 g) • Milk: 600 ml Divide the batter into two parts. One part will be vanilla, and the other will be chocolate by adding 45 g of cocoa powder.
