If you love slow living, cozy moments, and gardening, you're in the right place. 00:00 | Intro 00:14 | Getting Everything Ready for Sowing 01:00 | Sowing Seeds for My Balcony Garden 02:25 | A Tea Break 02:53 | Sowing Seeds 2 05:55 | Baking Homemade Cinnamon Rolls 08:57 | A Cozy End to the Day Cinnamon Rolls Recipe Dough: 2 eggs 10 g vanilla sugar 200 g warm milk 6 g dry yeast (or 18 g fresh yeast) 60 g sugar 1/2 tsp salt ~400 g flour 70 g butter (room temperature) Filling: 60 g butter (room temperature) 70 g sugar (brown sugar can also be used) 15 g cinnamon Glaze: 250 g mascarpone 50 g powdered sugar Instructions Mix all the dough ingredients together except the butter. Make sure the milk and eggs are warm. In the end, knead in the softened butter. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 40–60 minutes. Roll out the dough and spread it with butter. Mix cinnamon with sugar (brown sugar works great as well) and sprinkle it evenly over the dough. Roll the dough into a log. Do not roll it too tightly so the dough has space to rise. Cut the rolls using a string for clean slices. Place the rolls on a baking tray, cover with a towel, and let them proof for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the cinnamon rolls for 16–20 minutes. Mix the glaze ingredients together and spread it over the warm rolls. Enjoy!
