We set out at 7:30AM, it only took us less than 3KM to reach our destination. On the way back, we could even hike straight to the top of "Hua Guo Shan" Mountain. Please be aware that there are no markings on the "desert," so we recommend bringing a small bag of paper to leave a trail to help you find your way back home.
