Since I became a university student, I've been staying up late. I've become able to wake up at 2 or 3am without any problems. This year, I've become comfortable with waking up at 4 or 5am. However, this day I personally felt that it's definitely better for my mental health to sleep properly at night and be active in the morning😇 Just being active early in the morning made me excited.
