2025 How to Submit Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC) Online Tutorial - Step by Step Guide

Submit TWAC here: https://twac.immigration.gov.tw/ From October 1, 2025, all traditional paper-based arrival cards will be replaced by online Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC) To submit the taiwan arrival card, you need a valid passport for each traveller. Check your email for the code, copy it, paste it here, and click Verify Code. Next, enter the traveller information. You may upload your passport bio data page or import the Excel file to auto-fill the form, or you can choose to enter the details manually. Select your intended date of entry, then provide your English name, starting with your given name followed by your surname. Entering your Chinese name is optional. Passport number and expiry date. Gender, date of birth. Nationality. Typing the country name won’t work. you’ll need to enter the three-letter country code to search, or simply scroll down the list to find it in alphabetical order. You can add more travellers here. Enter the traveller's details. You can use the same email as the lead traveller. Next, the itinerary. The entry flight or vessel number. The intended exit flight or vessel number when leaving Taiwan. Intended exit date. select purpose of visit. Accommodation in Taiwan. Residential address. Hotel name or if you're just transferring to a connecting flight. Tick the same as lead traveller box if the itinerary is the same. Please ensure all information is accurate before submitting.
