Mario Kart World - Dandelion Depths (VRC6 Cover)
8-bit cover of Dandelion Depths from Mario Kart World! There is a lot going on in this song, with so many instruments that I wouldn't ever expect to see together. That steel guitar lead is so unique, and I like the way the electric guitars are contrasted with folky instruments like banjos and accordions. It sort of mirrors the combination of nature and technology you see on the track. This is my most technically advanced cover by far! Usually I can go through these pretty fast, but here I don't think I spent less than 30 minutes per bar. This was especially hard because I like using 2 channels each for the accordion and banjo (accordion is 2 channels detuned slightly apart from each other, banjo alternates between channels to give each note a longer decay), meaning I had barely any space for everything else. But I'm super happy with the final result! Made in Jummbox, a mod of Beepbox Download: https://drive.google.com/drive/folder... Playlist: • Mario Kart World 8-bit
