AFS & AFSX Expander The AFS is a fully discrete, analog frequency shifter that performs genuine frequency addition rather than multiplication. By shattering traditional harmonic relationships, it unlocks everything from lush, organic ensemble effects to metallic, alien soundscapes. At its core is a custom Through-Zero Quadrature Output VCO (TZQOVCO). Unlike vintage designs that suffer from oscillator locking, the AFS uses a single-oscillator topology that guarantees absolute 0Hz stability at zero CV input, delivering a pristine, un-harmonically clean output. Key Features Simultaneous Outputs: Dedicated SUM (up-shift), DIFF (down-shift), and two RING mod outputs. Precise Tracking: 1V/Octave tracking across 5 octaves.
