Never compromise on ethics. 2 - Hard work - What takes us furthest. If we believe in something, we have to fight for it and work for it. 3 - Training - A real estate agent cannot be a "house shower". You need to know the property well to be able to answer all the investor's questions (house area, completed renovations, structural conditions of the property, among other relevant issues).
