It turned out to be an incredibly flavorful treat. I serve the "Arme Ritter" with rucola and tomatoes. Perfect for breakfast, also for snacks and dinner. It tastes sensationally good! These are the ingredients for two people: 4 slices of bread 3 eggs 1 clove of garlic salt and pepper to taste a little sparkling water sunflower oil Preparation: Put the eggs in a bowl. Press the garlic clove with the garlic press. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little sparkling water and beat well. Heat sunflower oil in a pan.
