Toddbrook Reservoir - Minutes from Disaster

Join me as I meet Canal and River Trust at Toddbrook Reservoir near the Peak Forst Canal at Whaley Bridge. This reservoir nearly caused a disaster not seen in over 100 years when it started to over top in a freak 1 in 10,000 year weather event. Could they save it before 1500 residents lives were put at risk?
