Mercedes 190e w201 1988 valve stem seals and rocker cover removal and replacement no more blue smoke

In this video I have my 190e w201 and it has been really bad at starting and not or misfiring very badly, at this point I have concluded that the valve steam seals are letting to much oil into the cylinders and as a result making the spark plugs really oily which then can not operate properly, hence causing a misfire.
