Antegrade dissection re-entry (ADR) technique to treat a calcified RCA chronic total occlusion

This is a case of a complex RCA chronic total occlusion which has been unsuccessfully attempted on 2 previous occasions. The patient attended for a third attempt with view to likely using antegrade dissection re-entry (ADR) technique. Techniques demonstrated: antegrade dissection power knuckle technique with parallel anchor balloon Trapliner assisted ADR using CrossBoss/Stingray
