AP Chem 4.7-How to Decode Reaction Types
In Chemistry (and life in general) there are countless possible chemical reactions, and equations to communicate them. So, how can we make sense of them all? We do this by grouping the reactions into similar sets, where a particular action is happening. In this video, we look at three major types of reactions for AP Chemistry: Precipitation, Acid-Base, and Redox. We also distill down what we really need to look for, because there are a LOT of distractors. Then, we challenge ourselves with some AP-Style questions about these reactions.
