This region is quite close to Manhattan's Midtown, just a few minutes away. The restaurant boasts windows from roof to floor so that customers may enjoy a great view of the New York City skyline while they are eating.  The Manhattan skyline is already visible behind me since I earned an Aminus on this project, which serves as a check. Our first destination is a couple condos at the other end of the block, where there is a lightrail station just behind me. Before moving on to trains, it's vital to take into account our closeness to the city. From where I'm standing right now, we could drive to the Lincoln Tunnel in about five minutes, but generally, it takes us 15 minutes to get there, even on days when traffic is severe. Weehawken is a suburban area with some urban traits; it has a lovely tranquil street with many of tiny trees; and it is a nice, quiet neighborhood. Living so close to New York City gives you the convenience of being close to the city's skyline—just one block away. Since there isn't much space separating you from your neighbors, we are still very much in an urban area. There are more single-family and multi-family homes here than everywhere else, and the cost of living is relatively comparable to that of downtown Jersey City.
