Keith Harris and I will be hosting this edition of Historians Off The Clock and we had to get a mentor and friend on for our first co-hosted edition: Gary Gallagher! Gary truly needs no introduction, especially in the field of Civil War history. His work has guided many of us to be better historians and base our work on solid, primary source evidence.
