अकेले इस KGB Spy ने पूरा SOVIET UNION खत्म कर दिया | Lucky Bisht
The Cold War was not just won with nuclear missiles or massive armies. It was won in the dark, through the choices of desperate individuals. This is the unbelievable and tragic story of Vladimir Vetrov, a high-ranking Soviet KGB Colonel who single-handedly brought down the technical backbone of the USSR from his own desk in Moscow. To the world, he was a traitor executed by a bullet to the head. To Western intelligence, he was known simply by his chilling code name: FAREWELL. Born under the iron fist of Stalinist Russia in 1932, Vetrov grew up witnessing the glaring hypocrisy of the Soviet system. He was brilliant in electronics engineering, which caught the eye of the KGB. He was quickly recruited into Directorate T, the ultra-secret elite wing responsible for Scientific and Technical Intelligence. The mission of this department was simple: since the USSR was decades behind the West in computer technology, they built a massive global network called Line X to steal everything from the West instead of innovating. When Vetrov was posted to Paris in 1965, his reality shattered. He experienced the freedom and prosperity of Western civilization and realized the Soviet state propaganda was a lie. When he was recalled to Moscow, the return felt like being thrown back into a cage. Frustrated by toxic nepotism, a failing marriage, and deep disgust for the state, Vetrov made a fatal choice in 1980. He reached out to French intelligence. He did not ask for millions of dollars; he asked for a chance to strike back. Between 1981 and 1982, Vetrov photocopied and smuggled out over 4,000 highly classified documents. This goldmine, known as the Farewell Dossier, contained the exact names of all 250 Line X agents worldwide and the ultimate Soviet technical wish list. When French President François Mitterrand handed this to US President Ronald Reagan, the entire dynamic of the Cold War shifted forever. The CIA pulled off the greatest counterintelligence coup in history by using the Soviet wish list against them. The US allowed the KGB to steal technology, but altered the blueprints and implanted hidden flaws. They delivered corrupted computer chips and time-bomb software. In 1982, this industrial sabotage culminated in a catastrophic gas pipeline explosion in Siberia, a blast so immense that American satellites detected it from space. Simultaneously, Western nations used Vetrov's list to systematically expose and expel nearly 150 Soviet operatives, completely paralyzing the Kremlin's intelligence apparatus. But a shadow cannot last forever. In late 1982, after a paranoid, alcohol-fueled dispute on a dark Moscow street, Vetrov was arrested for an accidental stabbing. While serving time in a labor camp, a minor slip of the tongue combined with a leak from a Soviet mole in NATO exposed his ultimate betrayal to the KGB. He was dragged to the notorious Lefortovo Prison, where he confessed to everything. On January 23, 1985, Vetrov was executed. In his final moments, his words echoed with a haunting sense of pride: "My only regret is that I was not able to cause more damage to the Soviet Union, and serve France further." Vladimir Vetrov remains a banned topic in modern Russia, branded a treasonous villain. Yet, historians worldwide credit his psychological rebellion as the catalyst that broke the economic back of the Soviet empire, leading to its eventual collapse. Watch the video to unravel the high-stakes espionage and the chilling legacy of the man who chose to destroy a system from within. This is the definitive breakdown of the greatest spy story of the twentieth century. #LuckyBisht #LuckyBishtInterview #LuckyBishtPodcast #LuckyBishtJailStory #Baladin #Putin #ISI #CIA #KGB #NarendraModi #DonaldTrump #AsimMunir #BenjaminNetanyahu #AjitDoval #RavindraKaushik #EliCohen #USIranWar #SovietUnion #VladimirVetrov #FarewellDossier #ColdWar #Espionage #SpyStory #TrueCrimePodcast #Geopolitics #WorldHistory #trendingpodcast #viralvideo Follow up on all Social media Platforms for Latest Updates - Instagram: / iamluckybisht Facebook Profile: / iamluckybisht Facebook Page: / itsluckybisht Twitter (X): / iamluckybisht Presented by Soumya Pandey Pictures .
