Vídeo de Como Trocar Gatilho de Furadeira com Reverso para Modelos 500W e Botão Rotativo Velocidade
Greetings friends, today we'll show you how to replace reverse-function drill triggers used on basic and inexpensive drills, such as those used by Mondial, Importway, Schutz, Nakasaki, Force Titanium, Nakan, Somague, Zeffix, Einhell, Gamma Hobby, Volini, Lith, SaTools, Philco, Holtter, Forest, Dow, Startools, Arita, Br Motors Hobby, PWR, and others that use the same trigger style—and of course, are budget drills! The trigger on these more basic and inexpensive drills is very simple and has a very short lifespan! After a short period of use, some models can malfunction. You press the trigger, but the drill motor doesn't respond, won't start, and the machine becomes inoperable. Replacing the trigger solves this problem, and the drill will work normally again. We recommend that this procedure be performed only by people with electrical knowledge, and inexperienced users do so at their own risk! We are not responsible for any damage caused by changing the trigger by an unqualified user! The trigger is sold in two parts. One part is the motor activator trigger, which allows you to start the drill motor by pressing the button. It has a permanent lock for prolonged use if necessary. The second part contains the reverse switch, which is fitted just above the main trigger. Both parts can be detached, unclipped, and then re-clipped. The activator trigger has electrical connection points that must be carefully monitored to avoid incorrectly connecting and shorting the electrical network! This can be dangerous! It can trip the circuit breakers if connected incorrectly! Therefore, be careful when connecting the main electrical connections! This trigger does not have variable speed according to the pressure applied to it; this only exists in more sophisticated trigger models used in more expensive drill brands and models! This trigger's speed control is simple, with two modes: a light press activates the 2200 rpm speed, and a full press activates the approximately 2800 rpm speed. The round knob in the middle of the trigger, when turned, can limit this functionality, locking it only at the first, low speed, or activate the dual mode with a longer press. This trigger has a built-in reverse switch, which allows you to reverse the motor's rotation to facilitate the removal of stuck bits in certain situations. The reverse trigger must be connected correctly, which is why we show in the video how to reconnect it to the new reverse switch. You cannot reuse the old switch; replacing the entire assembly is recommended! The problem is that this trigger is manufactured in a simple way and has plastic parts inside. Furthermore, the electrical contacts inside are quite fragile and end up damaged quickly compared to other, more sophisticated triggers used in more expensive models! This is why it requires more frequent replacement, even with little use! The tool in the video required a trigger replacement about 3 times during a year of use! Even with basic use and not many hours of intense use. The spark generated by the trigger actuation ends up creating electrical wear on the trigger's internal contacts. The "Arc-Flash" effect caused by the constant interruptions when pressing and releasing the trigger ends up detonating the internal contactors. And all triggers of this design are like this! So, if you've purchased drill models from the aforementioned brands and have a trigger that looks very similar to the one shown in the video, then be prepared to replace it when your drill starts to fail. Even if you press the trigger, the motor doesn't turn or respond, this is a sign that the trigger is already becoming compromised. Intermittent trigger operation indicates the need for urgent replacement! Do not operate the tool with a damaged trigger! This can cause accidents, as you don't know when the tool will be able to operate! Unfortunately, you cannot replace the trigger with another model; the same type of trigger as the tool was designed for is recommended! If you want to change the trigger for another model, it's entirely your responsibility. We hope that anyone with some electrical knowledge can replace the triggers at home without needing to take them to the brand's technical support center, especially outside of the warranty period. Imagine the cost of replacing the trigger on a drill like this three times a year! It's more cost-effective to throw it away and buy a new one! But by replacing the trigger at home, you'll have a new drill for a while longer, especially if you don't use it much. These drills, along with their respective brands, are intended for light and domestic use only, basically for drilling a hole or two a year at home! For those who need constant or professional use, look for other better brands and models!
