After Kimble's (Harrison Ford) fellow prisoners stage an escape attempt, he sneaks into a hospital to treat his injuries and disguises his appearance. Upon being spotted, Kimbal escapes in an ambulance with Deputy US Marshal Samuel Gerard (Tommy Lee Jones) on his tail.
