2020 Ducati Panigale V2 -VS- Ducati Panigale 959 Comparison (which is better?)

I get asked often "Should I buy the 2020 Ducati Panigale V2 or the Ducati Panigale 959? The question is pretty complex. The Panigale 959 is hasn't changed since 2016 but the Ducati V2 is a complete overhaul.
