I took on the infamous Giant Burrito Challenge at George Lopez's Chingon Kitchen inside Yaamava' Resort & Casino. The challenge is simple: finish the giant burrito in under 10 minutes and win a $500 Free Play casino voucher. Everything was going great... until I bit into what looked like a massive 5-ounce chunk of fat buried inside the burrito. It completely threw me off and changed the entire challenge.
