What is the reality for women in Lebanon today?
GPPAC MENA Regional Representative Fadi Abi Allam from the Permanent Peace Movement shares a first-hand account of the situation of women in Lebanon today. While he knows women as leaders in peacebuilding, he witnesses how the ongoing conflict has shifted attention towards their experiences as victims. This prompted him to reflect on the challenges and vulnerabilities women face in the current context.
