NEVER Trust A Diamond Tester... Here's Why (Scam Alert)

I wanted to share this video on why you should never trust an inexpensive diamond tester when purchasing a diamond. Natural diamonds, lab diamonds and moissanites will all give positive readings claiming that the stone is a diamond. This is why it's incredibly important to purchase your diamond from a reputable seller who provides you with the proper GIA, IGI or AGS report for the specific diamond you're purchasing. To be clear, there are more expensive testers that can distinguish between natural diamonds, lab diamonds and moissanites. While not always 100% accurate they are less likely to give you a false positive. Always get diamonds checked by a professional before purchasing.
