This is the Daily Knitting Yarn ⭐️Lucy⭐️ version of the New School Cardigan. I used to wear a ready-made cardigan, but I threw it away because it felted after washing it in the washing machine. I thought about that cardigan every winter, and it just so happened to have that color, right? I picked Rustic Orange without hesitation. 🧡 The yarn was twisted, so the pattern came out well. There were no snags, and the washing magic worked well. Maybe because it contains cashmere, it didn't irritate my skin. The actual color is very similar to the photo taken in natural light. I was scrolling through my feed, and I saw that I had never used orange before. Somehow... .. I had so much fun knitting it☺️ I finished it in 11 days, holding my breath. I often think I should try colors I've never tried before. It's so much fun, everyone. 👍 Are there many of you who have a taste for orange? Try a color you've never tried before! ❕❕❕ I used 4 sets on 4mm needles, and it came out larger than the original. It'll vary depending on your hand, but for those of you who are knitting a Lucy New School, please keep this in mind. I used 300g and almost ran out, but if I were to knit another Lucy, I'd use 400g and keep the same size, just make it longer. I knitted the length according to the chart, but I think it would have been a nicer fit even if I had knitted it a little longer. I don't like long tops, but I think a New School dress looks great even when worn long. The sleeves were longer than I expected, even though I knitted two diamond patterns less than the chart. As always, the General pattern wasn't difficult, and it was really fun to work on. The back has no pattern, so it feels like it's finished faster! I added my favorite buttons. These are from Rare Made and I'm already on my fourth pair. 😆 They look great with any color.
