Hi luvsss! Thank you for tuning in to see what I do in a week to stay active, in shape but most importantly mentally sane. Obviously like I said, not every week is the same, sometimes work, travel and social things can interrupt the routine but I've learnt to reframe that not as a stress but a BLESSING!
