Hello friends, As promised, here is my recipe for "PANDAN SPONGE CAKE", which I have been asked several times. This cake is made from a very soft sponge cake, steamed with a gelled cream with bayteuil or pandan extract. Hope you will enjoy it like me. INGREDIENTS for 2-3 people, if you want for more people you will need to double or triple the ingredients, thank you.
