The in-person service of the company responsible for urban public transportation in Tubarão will operate from a new address starting this Monday, the 6th. The unit is located at Avenida Marcolino Martins Cabral, number 3827, in the Passagem neighborhood, and will serve users who need information, card issuance, and other services related to the system. Operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM, without closing at midday. However, the distribution of tickets will only be done until 4:00 PM. Registration for issuing new cards will continue to be available at Facilita Tubarão until Tuesday, the 7th. After that date, the procedure can be done directly at the new operator's headquarters. Cards already requested must also be picked up at the new service point in the Passagem neighborhood. Users who still have credits on their Consórcio Cidade Azul cards have until July 17th to request reimbursement. The request must be made at the headquarters of the former consortium, located at Avenida José Acácio Moreira, number 1663, room 1, near the Tubarão Urban Terminal.
