Simply, the idea that all the limbs can be playing at once, BUT, they are all doing different things. This can take so much time (and patience) to develop. However, if you practise the RIGHT exercises, your coordination can improve so much more quickly. Thus, here we have it. Moongel: I am a fan of moongel on all the drums. It dampens the sound and makes it more punchy... If you have a problem with overtones, definitely give it a try...
