So: Weight slightly on your front leg Hands in front of the ball Chest slightly open towards the target Feel the pressure on the ground and only then return to your address position. Really do this consciously for 5 seconds before EVERY shot. Why does this work so well? Because it helps your body understand where it needs to be at impact. Most people train their backswing.
