DÍA 18. Los hombres puedes tener 7 mujeres en la cultura Shuar I Vuelta a Zamora Chinchipe

Day 18 of this journey through Zamora, an experience that allowed me to connect with the essence of its people and their culture. This time, I focused on the Timbara parish, a place renowned for its strong agricultural tradition, especially in sugarcane cultivation. Here, the land is not only worked, but also transformed into tradition: the melcochas, handcrafted, reflect the effort and identity of its people. I also visited the Shuar Num Cultural Interpretation Center, where I had the opportunity to delve into the Shuar culture, learn about their customs, their history, and how they keep their roots alive. Every corner of this journey shows me that Zamora is not just visited, it is experienced through its people, its culture, and its traditions.
