The perfect ladyfingers must be light, even, and fluffy... you can't go wrong with this recipe... the ingredients are simple and easy to make, just follow a few tips, which I explain in detail in the video. The ingredients for about 40 ladyfingers are: 145g egg whites 65g sugar for egg whites 100g egg yolks 70g sugar for egg yolks 75g plain flour 35g potato starch granulated sugar to taste powdered sugar to taste In this video, I'll show you how to make classic cookies, but if you plan on using these cookies as a base for a dessert, you can use a pastry bag to make a single cookie the same size and shape as the container you'll be using for the dessert. The flavor of these cookies isn't even comparable to store-bought ones... Try them and let me know! If you don't use them right away, you can store them in a plastic bag once they've cooled. They're soft cookies, so if you're used to supermarket ones, they'll taste completely different.
