This carpet was cleaned for a resident who had to show some improvement to it's condition, because it had gotten so messed up that the manager had to intervene. We were asked to do only the bare minimum to accomplish some stain removal, and worked out a deal they could afford. So we couldn't do as much as we'd have liked.
