New & Old Voices! | 2018 Kone MiniSpace Lifts In The Grand Central Hotel Belfast

My last upload of the year. Might as well end it with something nice and long. No upload at midnight tonight unlike last year so I want to wish everyone a happy new year! This video is also part of my 2 year anniversary uploading on youtube I would like to thank everyone who has watched my videos and for everyone subscribing it is highly appreciated. Anyway, here are the lifts. They used to be 1973 lifts (possibly express or bennie lifts which honestly would surprise me) modded by Kone in 2004 with KSS670 and then the building got knocked down and there was new lifts added in the newly built building (which are these 2018 Kone Monospaces) so effectively these are new installations. 2 of the lifts serve the observatory and both have the new voice. However the 2 lifts across from here, have the old voice. Which is strange. And 1 of these lifts has this odd door trick where you press door open before the doors open, normally it opens fully but one of these lifts decided to not work like that and instead when the doors were opening the doors started to close again. This might have that door close button trick. Ignore what I said at 1:29 because it’s not a real thing. This was taken before I knew that was fake. Filmed On Wednesday 14th July 2021
