The following year, he became a co-founder of ONE JAPAN, a practical community of volunteer groups mainly composed of young and mid-career employees from large corporations. He is currently a co-representative. In 2019, ONE JAPAN received the BEYOND MILLENNIALS 2019 and the Keidanren Chairman's Award at the Cabinet Office's Open Innovation Awards. In 2020, he became independent and worked as a freelance startup accelerator. In 2021, he joined NTT Docomo, becoming the president of the Docomo Academy (corporate university) and establishing the Work Department to promote business development. In 2023, Docomo Academy received the Excellence Award at the Career Ownership Management AWARD 2023. In 2024, he founded RePlayce Co., Ltd. Shuzo Narita (Entrepreneur, Angel Investor) At the age of 14, his father disappeared, and later his mother suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and went bankrupt. Amidst these circumstances, he joined Astamuse Co., Ltd. while still a student at Keio University. He later established Atokore Co., Ltd. and became its Representative Director and President. From 2012, he joined CrowdWorks Co., Ltd., becoming an executive officer in his fourth year of university, and achieved an IPO in just three years. After the company went public, he served as Executive Vice President and COO, overseeing all business operations. In 2022, he became a Director and Executive Officer and CINO, involved in new business development and investments. In 2023, after leaving the company, he began new challenges, including starting his own business, while taking on various roles as an outside director.
