During the second wash, allow shampoo to sit in hair for 3-5 mins Towel dry hair Step 2: Mix entire bottle of Wella Toner T18 with 2.8 oz Salon Care 30 Vol. Creme Developer Apply evenly throughout towel dried hair Allow toner to process for 25-30 mins (I let it sit for approx. 26 mins) After 30 mins, rinse toner out thoroughly Wash hair with Shimmer Lights Shampoo (Or a shampoo of your choice. I used Carol’s Daughter Black Vanilla Shampoo) Apply conditioner to your hair. I used Kera Care Moisturizing Conditioner for Color Treated Hair, put a shower cap on, and let it sit in my hair for 15 minutes while I was in the shower). Rinse with cold water.
