Led Astray by GPS | Family Lost in Death Valley in Summer
In July 2010, Donna and Gina Cooper and Jenny Leung visited Scotty’s Castle in Death Valley National Park. As they left the parking lot of the castle, Donna saw a sign for Racetrack Playa, a place she always wanted to visit. With her GPS device, she plugged in the destination. But Death Valley has a way to play tricks on you, especially if you rely on GPS. And today, it was leading them into a death trap. 0:00 Introduction 0:41 The Trip to Scotty's Castle 3:17 Wrong Turn 10:08 Lost 14:02 Death Valley Desert Oasis 20:54 Found 22:31 Aftermath 24:11 Conclusion Join the Outdoor Disasters Patreon for narration only videos and early access: / outdoordisasters Be the fuel behind Outdoor Disasters!
