The Asian Christian Culinary & Agricultural Science Institute (ACCASI), a unit of the Asian Christian Academy of India (ACA), is located in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. We are India's first farm-to-table culinary educational institution, offering diploma and certificate courses that integrate culinary arts with agricultural science to create local, seasonal, and organic cuisines. Our state-of-the-art student kitchen and culinary campus are set within a lush farm. Our vision is to train students to contribute at every level of the food value chain, embodying the culinary journey from soil to soul.
