If you want to repair, upgrade or simply take care of your iMac, you will find complete instructions for disassembly and numerous tips and information on the subject in this video. My Mac had a flickering display, but the fault was not as obvious as you might think, it was neither the graphics card nor the display, not even the LED board! While troubleshooting, I searched through many forums, read Apple support pages as well as manuals and watched some videos on YouTube. This way, I gained a certain all-round knowledge about this iMac model, which I pass on in this video.
