This will be extremely tough. Wait so why? Well my brother gained a bit of weight, a decent amount, he went from shredded to almost overweight again. So in a previous episode I challenged him to a Body Transformation, 90 days of hard work. He said yes. But I need something to: 1. motivate him to lose weight and not gain any more weight 2. actually help him burn calories 3. and a little punishment for kind of destroying all the work I put in for 90 days to help him get into this shape in the first place lol.
