¿Cómo se construyen las PALAS de PALADÓS (GOBAS)?

En este tutorial muestro cómo he enseñado a estudiantes de secundaria y de ciclos formativos, a futuros maestros/as y a profesorado de educación física en activo a construir palas de cartón para practicar este apasionante juego deportivo denominado paladós o goba. Durante décadas he comparado diferentes formas y materiales (p. ej., cartón y chapacumen) y en este vídeo te presento una serie de pasos y pautas contrastadas que pueden ayudarte a construir un implemento duradero, ligero y adaptado a las características del jugador. La elaboración de este material da pie a trabajar de manera interdisciplinar con el área de plástica y a crear proyectos educativos ambiciosos más allá del aula, por ejemplo, programas de recreos activos. Desde un punto de vista comprensivo sugiero utilizar este deporte para introducir la categoría de cancha dividida con implemento por las posibilidades que ofrece al parar la bola durante el juego y permitir la reflexión y la toma de decisiones apropiadas al objeto de desarrollar jugadores inteligentes.
