PoE 3.28 - Dominating Blow Guardian League Starter Build Guide

It's been a while, Exiles. Dominating Blow and Guardian both got big buffs this season so I'm back after a long hiatus from this guide with a fully updated build guide for the new season. First death was to helping a friend with a bricked boss arena, still counts. All deaths so far are to huge DoTs or huge 1-shots, so working on improving life pool and regen. Had some lucky drops so bought some expensive upgrades. Next upgrades are rings and cluster jewel, then staff and the one rare jewel on tree.
