Try it out yourself! ________________________________________________________ Antonio Sim, owner and chef of the Italian fine dining restaurant "Da Antonio" and the "Il Cuoco Alma Italian Culinary School" in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province. In 2010, he was recognized as a true Italian chef by the Italian President (Prime Minister) for his contributions to Italian cuisine education and training, becoming the first chef in South Korea to receive the "Knight of the Order of Cultural Merit." He began his career at a luxury hotel (where he worked for 13 years), then brought Korea's first ICIF to Korea in 2000 and ran it for three years. In 2005, he launched the Italian International Culinary School Alma, dedicating himself to Italian culinary education. After serving as a full-time professor at Baekseok University for 20 years (1999-2019), he retired. He currently operates the Italian restaurants "Da Antonio" and "Il Cuoco Alma" in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province, as the owner and chef.
