1995 Chevy Caprice 9C1 Review
An in depth tour and review of my 1995 Chevrolet Caprice 9C1, including the exterior, interior, drivetrain, and special police-package equipment. This specific vehicle was owned by the Illinois State Police, and hence, has cloth seats and does does not have a cage in the rear. This vehicle also features the LT1 engine also shared with the ever-popular Impala SS.
