RTX 4080 + i9 10900K in Black Flag Resynced | Does It Still Hold Up at 4K?

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced tested on the RTX 4080 and Intel i9-10900K at 4K. The big question: does this setup still hold up, or is the older 10th-gen Intel CPU starting to hold the RTX 4080 back? In this benchmark, we test 3840x2160 with maxed settings, ray tracing enabled, DLAA / Native AA, DLSS Quality, DLSS Balanced, DLSS Performance, and a quick frame generation test near the end. The RTX 4080 still performs well, but once we start lowering the render resolution with DLSS, the i9-10900K appears to become more of the limiting factor. This is not meant to be a perfect apples-to-apples comparison against the RTX 5090 system. It is more of a real-world look at how a powerful GPU paired with an older high-end CPU handles Black Flag Resynced at 4K.
