bringing home baby - Newborn must haves pt 2

Pacifiers (gumdrop brand is similar to the hospital soothies) Bottles - I would only start out with 1-3 small bottles. If the baby has a poor latch in the hospital, you might want to send someone out to get you a few different types to experiment with. You might want to get recommendations from the nurses or lactation coach while your still there. The medela feeding set is great for BFing moms who plan to pump a bit. Breast Pump - stay at home moms can do fine with just an inexpensive hand pump. If you are going to back to work and are thinking about investing in an expensive pump, try and get a hospital pump at first and then purchase your own once you know what you like/dislike. Take your Perri Bottle and all other supplies on your delivery cart at the hospital. See if they'll send you home with an extra pack of dipes too! Ours did. 1 Nursing cover or blankety shall-ish business. 1 pack of wipes (minimum of course). I like Huggies Natural Care. 1 pack of travel wipes See part 3!
