Welcome to BALROZ. Today we share another beautiful day of real cave life in the breathtaking Zagros Mountains of Iran. Solat Khanoom and her four children continue their peaceful mountain life inside a large natural cave surrounded by green valleys, ancient oak trees, fresh mountain air, and beautiful spring landscapes. The day begins around a warm fire inside the cave. Solat prepares traditional fire tea while the children wake up happy and full of energy. The family enjoys a simple breakfast together and starts another peaceful day in nature. Later, the cameraman visits the family with food supplies and gifts for the children. The family warmly welcomes him and thanks him for his kindness. After breakfast, the family closes the cave entrance and begins a mountain journey through the beautiful Zagros landscape. Ali, the oldest son, explores the mountain slopes with the cameraman and carefully gathers traditional mountain herbs and edible plants. Surrounded by green hills and beautiful nature, he fills a backpack with natural mountain plants used in traditional mountain life. Meanwhile, Solat and the children continue their journey through the peaceful mountains. The family collects useful mountain plants and enjoys the beauty of spring in the Zagros Mountains. As evening approaches, Ali safely returns to his family. Everyone is happy to see him again and together they begin the journey back to their cave home. Back at the cave, Solat prepares the family's shelter for the night. Firewood is organized, mountain herbs are sorted, and the children enjoy warm family moments together. As darkness falls, the cave becomes warm and comfortable under the soft light of the lamps and the glow of the fire.
